A chain of restaurants in the area focused on Vietnamese and huge boba selection. Pho was above average and gets high marks for plenty of toppings (tendon and tripe). Noodles were almost too done but that's a function of undercooking knowing that the broth will continue to cook it. Chicken salad was very traditional. Egg noodles are Chinese style full of veg. Highly recommend

Absolutely amazing food! Me and my family ordered the barbecue beef and chicken rice platter and the bbq bánh mì! Service was exceptional and the atmosphere was okay but still great food! We were staying at a nearby hotel and figured we should try this place, and it worked out greatly! As a Vietnamese person, the food is amazing especially the egg rolls!

Pho is okay, not much meat like in other authentic Vietnamese restaurants I visited, broth wasn’t as tasty - overpriced for what you get but that’s to be expected in Carmel: extra 3.5% fee added for credit card use, that plus tax & tips and it’s not a great value.
