Great seafood, classy ambiance. They don't have a large menu, but what they do, they do great. highly recommend any of the seafood. The bread appetizer was really good as well.
We had high hopes but were a bit disappointed. The restaurant was pretty warm and it seemed like we started with one server but then someone else was helping so I don't know who how server was. The beet salad was good but it needed something else. It had a good amount of goat cheese on the plate but the arugula was more of a garnish. The mussels were actually very delicious with a yummy broth. We also had the tomahawk pork chop. When we cut into it is was so incredibly overcooked it was tough and dry. We showed the waiter and he tried to explain the chef recommended medium as though we were mistaken and my husband showed him it was well done. They did bring us another very quickly and that one was cooked more appropriately. It was okay but it needed a sauce or something. Overall nothing was terrible and the service was fine. I guess I just expected more based on the reviews I had read.
This is a special restaurant. The owner is always there to greet and thank their guests. I appreciate the warmness that the overall staff provides. I always go there for their Cioppino. It's the best in town! Due to the season it might change a little bit but the overall consistency is much appreciated.
Mission Bistro offers a great dining experience! The fried calamari were perfectly crispy, the chicken sandwich was flavorful and satisfying, and the fresh salads were a great complement. The service was top-notch—helpful, professional, and attentive. Highly recommend!
Very dog friendly, we were seated inside. Everyone was so friendly, quick service and tasty food. I do wish the Miso Black Cod came with a bugger portion of fish and soba noodles because it was so tasty!
We were a party of six and decided to share multiple dishes small plates and salads to share across the table to make a meal. All the food was delicious. Service was attentive.
Wonderful meal, the highlight of our trip to Carmel. So much culinary attention paid to each creative dish. You will not be disappointed.
The owners are a lovely husband and wife team who work hard to give great service and make everyone feel welcome. They also have a great staff. The food was delicious! I loved the black cod and the mussels were amazing. It's a great place for couples or families. We had decided to try a restaurant we hadn't been to before. I highly recommend it!!
Underrated gem in downtown. Highly recommend the ‘bread service’, cream of brocoli soup and the mussels. Service was 11/10; waitress, and hostess were exceptional interact with… especially the Greek server with awesome anecdote’s of being 1 of 7 kids. Will be back and ty for having us!

The food is very good and we asked waitress for recommendations, she gave us the best advice and we are very enjoyed. Mussels with Thai curry and Lemon grass is good combination. Try it!

Cute bistro located in Carme on one of the most beautiful streets. I really enjoyed the decor. The staff was really friendly. we ordered a variety of foods from seafood to the tomahawk steak. I was a little disappointed that I ordered the caviar and deviled eggs as my main, and the waiter did not tell me that it was one hard boiled egg (in half). It was topped with the good amount of caviar. The swordfish as well was beautiful in presentation but lacked in flavor. Nevertheless, the tomahawk steak and oysters were great! Perfectly cooked steak and great flavor.

Lovely place and great people. My daughter, her friend and I had breakfast. My only issue is limited choices for breakfast and how long it took after we ordered to when we got the food at the table. It took far longer than we are used to. My daughter and her friend loved the options. For me there was only one option and it was tasty. I wish they offered a few more choices such as scrambled eggs, hash browns etc.
Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free bread

YERM. Was walking to a different brunch spot and found this one instead. KILLER food. Prices felt better than the surrounding options. The little alley on the side feels nice and tucked away. Eggs Benedict with smoked salmon was delicious. Coffee was good. Service felt personable, yet efficient. Big fan.
