My wife and I stopped here while on vacation. We got the Guinness Glazed Peanuts and the house-made Parmesan Chips, as we were just snacking before dinner reservations. Holy cow were these good! The bartender (maybe the owner, we didn’t get his name) was so nice too. He made us feel welcome and at home, and made us some killer drinks! I wish we lived local, as we’d probably come in a lot. The next time we’re in the area, we’ll definitely be stopping by again! Such a cool...

When we were planning our wedding in Carmel, we needed a place for our afterparty—a spot where friends could keep the celebration going into the night. O'Callaghan's turned out to be the perfect choice. It’s open until 2 AM and conveniently located just across the parking lot from our hotel. It ended up being a great gathering spot not only for our wedding afterparty but also for our welcome dinner guests who weren't involved in the early morning activities!

As a local for 30 years I've seen this place have its ups and downs well it's definitely onthe up. Went there last night with a group of eight and everybody had different plates and everything was amazing. Shepherds pie was delicious. live music good vibe
