Our Institute engaged Pacific Coast Catering for a dramatic upscale art and dance event at Wave Street Studios in Monterey, California. Everything was prepared and plated to perfection for our large gathering of dance entertainment, artist presentations and intellectual discourse. A.B. was masterful in coordination of the delivery and timing of every detail, and her artistry was central to the success of our gala event. The event itself featured award winning dancers flown in from Madrid, Spain and an auction of original artworks produced by four of the California Central Coast’s most noted artists.
