Highly recommend dining at Rio Grill and arriving early to have a happy hour drink at the bar. This restaurant is a true Carmel gem - excellent food, ambience, warm, friendly, and a 5 star dining experience. (without too many items at 5 star prices).
We set it up, dinner for all our neighbors. We all enjoyed our dinners. The scallops and pork belly was the most delicious. My dish. Although the Porkchop was off the charts. The halibut was perfect and the seafood linguine was also delicious. Of course the cobbler for dessert was unaminiously delicious. The service was the best we've had in a long while. We will return often!!
Inviting wonderful service, I am hearing impaired so they put me next to a wall so that it was a better experience. My adult son's birthday and they had he table decorated with confetti. Very nice.
