Ordered chips with salsa, guacamole, and queso fresco and this is what I got for $17…
Took 40 minutes to get a drink served. Tried to charge me $18 for a virgin pina colada(the price of one with alcohol). Atmosphere was okay but obvious upgrades needed around the pool area like cracks filled in and damaged decking.
Staff seemed inexperienced in good customer service.

Gorgeous!! I came to the ranch for a conference, and will definitely be coming back again. Could not ask for more lovely scenery, more activities (hiking! golf! archery!), or more considerate staff.

The burger was amazing! It is right up there with a sit down restaurant and I was very pleasantly surprised for a counter service pool cafe, which usually have terrible, overpriced food. The BLT was fresh and delicious as well, with ripe, red tomatoes. The trees, shade and grass make for nice atmosphere, and yes, there are screaming children, but it is a family pool.

I don’t have photos, but my friends and I got three orders of fish tacos at this cafe. The fish seemed to still have veins in it. Correct me if I’m wrong, that could just be a type of fish.

Functional food (burgers, fries, hot dogs, Cobb salad, etc) that suits the setting. Nothing to write home about, but it keeps the kids happy and their tummies full while they play in the water.

My husband and I stopped in for breakfast the morning of the Lavender Festival. Prices were reasonable, service was quick, portions were large and the food was great.
