One of the prettiest Starbucks locations. It was fairly busy when we went, but our coffee was quick.

Worst customer service I have ever had at a Starbucks. Snotty high school kids (specifically Molly) who think they can run their mouth to customers. Good luck with keeping a customer base when the drinks are watered down on top of terrible huffing and puffing associates. Not to mention, the entire store can hear "Molly" talking badly about customers behind that coffee counter. Terrible look.

Conveniently located right on the corner of Rio Rd & Hwy 1 in the Crossroads. Mobile ordering available. Great option for studying, working remotely, meeting a friend for coffee, etc. due to the large seating area & number of tables compared to most Starbucks locally.Only reason for 4 ⭐'s is that this location tends to be incredibly slow in comparison to the one I usually frequent on my way to work out on Hwy 68 near Ryan Ranch or the ones I sometimes visit on Alvarado in downtown Monterey, the one next to Home Depot in Seaside, or out in Sand City across from Target.Parking: The upside at this location compared to the other local stores is that while parking at all of the others can be pretty difficult, that's never a problem in the Crossroads whatsoever.

I was looking for a place to do some studying. This used to be a restaurant so it's pretty big for a Starbucks. Plenty of tables and places to post up and work. They have free Wi-Fi, worked fine for my purposes. Staff is always friendly. The lobby and restroom's are clean. Given a tall Latte will set you back over $5 now, but that's just the going prices. I like this location especially because it has the big lobby. If you are looking for a place to do work or study I like this place better than cafes in my town.
Would be a good place but I watch people grooming their dogs on the chairs while I'm waiting for my coffee. At least ask them to go outside and do that. Heather, not, it's a convenient. My located place to grab a cup.

Typical Starbucks: this location gets a good, steady business from the locals. Service is pretty friendly and quick. There is plenty of seating inside, though not too much outside.
