I arrived at the store at 8:30 pm to order my sandwich for dinner at the store and when I told the person who served me, his name was Roberto, that we could no longer eat there, that after 8:30 it was only take-out, and I thought it was very strange because it was not the first time I had eaten at this store. He was very rude and to top it off, the presentation of the sandwich was terrible, as if he didn't like his job. When I mentioned that I was going to file a complaint with the store owner, he said he didn't care.

Ordered online 11:30am requested ready 12:30pm tried to pick up 12:50pm still wasn’t ready.

They are lazy and close at 8:50 pm NOT 9pm.

The manager wouldn’t compensate for the poorly prepared sandwiches made by a poorly trained new employee. Wouldn’t go back there ever.

The staff are not friendly and have several times overcharged us for our orders. They don’t seem to know how to use the register or read the promotional products. Best of luck.

Owners and staff friendly and efficient. They remember customer names and which sandwich we order. Place very clean. Cookies fresh, good selection of fountain drinks.
