This is the 3rd time my food came out burnt and black. Today I ordered food again and it parts if it was black. It left my hands black and it tasted nasty. I took a picture but have no idea where to upload it. My entire right hand was black.

I used to come here frequently and last 2 days visited and while bagels are still delicious, the no mayo and mustard only bagel I ordered had a ton of mayo and no mustard. Returned this morning and explained yesterdays error….nice apology from one person and rude attitude and no apology from new owner.Great bagels, bad attitude.

As a born and bred NYer I know good bagels when I taste them and these are very good.I don't buy any sandwiches so have no opinion on that-just give me the really good fresh bagels and let me buy the Acme Lox from Costco and I'm a happy guy.
