What an absolute delight! The cozy atmosphere and the delicious food made us feel right at home.
We started with the sampler plate and calamari. So fresh and flavorful. We also tried the gyro and shawarma sandwiches. Both fantastic options.

A huge thank you to Waseem for going above and beyond to make our visit so special. His kindness, hospitality, and passion for what he does truly shine through. We felt more like guests in a home than customers in a restaurant. Overall, it was a great experience and will be back!

The food and the service was spectacular.

This place is just wooooow!! Their food, desserts, the customer service are all amazing. I was on a road trip from La to San Francisco and I stopped in 11 cities and more than 12 restaurant, and definitely this restaurant made it to the top of my list and should be the top of anyone’s list. Thank you to the owner for his amazing hospitality. I highly recommended it to anyone and for sure I am coming again.

This was a good lunch! Two of our party of 3 enjoyed meatball vegetable soup, then shared some onion rings. Our mains were beet and shrimp salad, steak and cheese flatbread, and a cheeseburger. The food was so good, I plum forgot pictures!! Service was friendly. The staff was attentive. Dishes were served promptly with care. The flavors of every dish were spot on! I’m a fan. 😘

I was delighted we decided to eat here. All staff is very friendly and welcoming. Food was excellent my daughter had the Filet mignon and i the shrimp scampi pasta. Our food was to point and my daughter said her filet mignon was actually better flavored and tasted better than other higher end restaurants. So give this place a try, We are glad we did.

We loved The Grill on Ocean Avenue. No reservation required and the service was great and quick. My table ordered the filet mignon and the shrimp scampi. I stole a bite of the scampi and it was delicious. The prices were great compared to most other restaurants in the area. They were also able to accommodate my diet and steamed my veggies instead of sautéed with oil and instead of salad dressing, they gave me lemons as requested. Will definitely return.

This was our first time visiting Carmel and we wanted to enjoy some clam chowder before leaving for home. The chowder is served in a bowl with the most delicious garlic bread I have ever had served on the side. We also ordered the Spinach and artichoke dip with pita bread. Both dishes were so rich and good! 😋😋
The atmosphere of the restaurant was calm and had pleasant music playing over the stereo at a decent volume. I loved how we could sit by the window which offered a nice view. Our server Alvaro was friendly and offered great info on the area. The pricing is reasonable. We are definitely coming back here when we come to Carmel again.

Misleading queue system- we were told to join a virtual queue and we'd be seated in 10 mins. We waited for more than an hour without our position in the queue changing. After physically waiting at the counter some more and complaining about our experience we were finally given a table. The food prices were exorbitant compared to the quantity and quality. The price shown in the bill ended up being more than that on the menu. Overall subpar experience at a high price.

I was truly impressed with my experience at this restaurant. From the moment we arrived, the ambience stood out—warm lighting, tasteful décor, and a relaxed atmosphere that made it perfect for both casual meals and special gatherings. The location is also fantastic, easy to find and well-situated, which added to the overall convenience.

A special thank you to Wasim, Bilal, Armando and Peyton, who delivered exceptional hospitality throughout our visit. They were welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. I was particularly touched by their generous gesture of offering free food, and it was reassuring to know they took extra care to ensure all our dishes were halal.

This level of care and attention is rare to find. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food, a welcoming environment, and outstanding service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Food was not worth the price , tap water and a $5 sprite that tasted like tap water , and a $9 Voss water ! they also tip themselves. Will not be returning.

Only positive thing was Customer service was amazing by the two Latino gentleman ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
