Vesuvio Restaurant

Lovely environment and atmosphere, food was amazing. We were here for my son’s 1st birthday celebration and the host was generous and helpful with almost all of our requests. We had a lovely time. We also had a slightly weird experience while seated on the rooftop, we weren’t provided with a receipt but only a number on the machine by our server = Josh.

Our server (from the downstairs area) was really kind and welcoming, he definitely did elevate our experience.

My favorite Italian restaurant, I had the Sinatra love it, drink it had the drop so good. Highly recommend, also their meatballs are so delicious. A must try restaurant, you won't be disappointed.

Bought a very expensive caffeine drink 9 dollars!

Reserved for a Party of 15...They were attentive, on top of drink refills and even split up a check. Nice staff with dealing with the party!

We went to the Vesuvio restaurant for happy hour and had a fantastic time enjoying reasonably priced drinks and appetizers in a great rooftop atmosphere. Well we didn't spend time on the interior part of the restaurant, it is very nice atmosphere.

Rodrigo was amazing! Super accommodating and the food here is stellar!

I believe the risotto is the best in the US. I highly recommend it.
And the flavor and taste of the spaghetti sauce made by Vesuvio is far superior to other brands and is worth buying.

I took my 89 year old Uncle to dine at Vesuvio's. I always visit this restaurant on any visit to Carmel. The food is uniquely homemade and delicious and I always appreciate the good service.

If you want to wait 1.5 hours for a pizza after getting your apps and salad within 10 mins of ordering this is your place. Server was very nice, food is what you would expect, but the kitchen seemed highly disorganized. Let the fact that I have left 3 reviews ever on google be a point.
