Alvarado Street Brewery is a great dog friendly pit stop in Carmel for a casual bite or cocktail. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. We like the quality of food here even better than the original in Monterey.

Everything was great accept the burgers. They were so small in portions compared to everything else. The burgers are not worth the price. Nearly anything else was a better deal.

We are from Argentina and dont eat spicy at all, so Just a heads-up for those not used to spicy food — the pork sandwich is spicy!

Great service, great location, about as expected prices. Ordered the calamari (great) and the wings, which were the driest most inedible chicken wings I've had in a while. The Mai Tai sauce was great, if not a bit spicy, but the meat was so tough I couldn't chew through half of it. Big fan of the franchise, but I could make better food at home in my air fryer, and that should be inexcusable at a restaurant in carmel.

Pizza is the winner here in my opinion, but people love the wagyu burger!

The front desk/podium staff personnel was indifferent and rude. She was preoccupied with something else and made no attention to serving me. I asked to sit at an outside patio table, which at the time was completely empty. But, she said no so, I gave her my name and number and she said she would call me when a table was available. Then, a woman came in behind me and said she wanted to sit outside. The staff person pointed to the outside door and let her sit wherever she wanted. What did I do wrong to not get a table? At this point, I saw the blatant disregard of my presence and I walked next door to the warm cheerful waitress who sat me at a nice, clean table at Rosini’s. Restaurant.

Amazing place to eat with generous portions for European standards and very reasonable prices. The staff is welcoming and you can sit inside or enjoy the outdoor area. Perfectly located for a relaxed meal.

Wow wow WOW. Spectacular food AND service. We tried the weekend special Brisket Burger and it was out of this world! I was obsessed with the salad dressing and the chef was kind enough to share the recipe with me. Erin took amazing care of us.

Service was terrific! What a relaxing evening on the outside patio by the heater. A delightful way to spend your time here is with the company of Alvarado Streets classic lagers and IPA's. Everything on the menu looked like a hit but we were glad to have chosen the 'Stro Burger and an artichoke/mushroom pie. The meal was extravagant! For a nice place like this it's also fun to have the prices more approchable than other places in the area.

Genuinely surprised at how great this food was. Expected a decent meal but the Brisket Melt was jammed with tender meat and savory flavor. My wife and I split that and the Old Town Pizza, pepperoni and four cheeses with a sweet dash of honey. Don’t miss this spot after hiking down to the beach and back.
