Adorable dog-friendly little back patio and gift shop, and as the other reviews attest to they have incredible food for this area. They are primarily a caterer and offer a lot of take-home meal options as well with a rotating menu.

Right away, a deliciously curated menu was brought together within 24hrs of contact. Decor and lighting was taken care of and made for a beautiful dinner. The food was amazing. It had all of the home-cooked dinner feel with the experience of a classic French bistro!

This place is so cute and quaint. It's such a nice change from the fast-paced, loud, overpriced restaurants. You kind of feel like you're eating at your favorite aunt's place back before there was any internet. It's perfect to catch up with a friend or to have a date before wine tasting. The owners are super personable and kind as well. I also love how the menu changes every day. It's nice to walk into a surprise.

This quaint and unassuming little bistro was absolutely amazing. The food was scrumptious and everything we had was made on-site including a fabulous whole mustard condiment, beer cheese spread, pickled curried cauliflower and the most delicious cornmeal crusted apple pie...EVER! I had an herbs de Provence popover with a perfectly seasoned and dressed vinaigrette salad. Both were just perfect IMO. This is a delightful family run bistro with lots of love and experience embedded into it and most importantly, wonderful food!

Baum & Blume is absolutely fabulous! They have a variety of menu choices and we have had extraordinary meals at a very fair price. My mom and I were in a ladies wine trip and needed nourishment. We were beyond thrilled to find this gem and be treated with the kindest service. The food was incredible and we will certainly be recommending this spot to everyone who visits Carmel Valley. Special highlights included the pickled eggs and cauliflower. AND..... perfect for dinner for just the two of us any night of the week. This week, we had the seafood mac & cheese and the pork loin/rice dish. Sauce was over-the-top fresh and had a punch. They are my new "Go To".

I love BAum and Blume bc their menu is always so interesting and everything is always delicious! Plus the owners are so charming and accommodating. We have had the pleasure of enjoying their food at catered events. My husband and I have also eaten at their small restaurant in Carmel Valley. The only thing we have not experienced is carry out but we plan to do that this week!
