Chateau Sinnet Winery and Vineyards

Good wines. Sonny, the wine server, is a funny character and makes the experience different and interesting. Wine snobs need not go here. Fun people should! It is a strange place, well worth the visit.

Mixed, very mixed feelings. The ambiance was fine. The salesperson, Sonny, passed himself off as owner, vintner, and several other positions. He was brash and abrasive, coming across as a cartoon character trying to sell a defective used car. Bottom line: he was annoying! Had the wines not been above average, we would have walked out in seconds. The wines at Chateau Sinnet are good enough to sell themselves without the antics of a non-stop sales pitch. They are that good. So good in fact, the we ignored the sales pitch and bought the product. Interestingly, the sales pitch defervesced and annoying antics disappeared immediately upon arrival of the owner. This is a strange place. OVERALL: WEIRD. Would probably NOT return here.

Excellent selection! Not only a complete array of red and white wines, but a selection of dessert wines and the almond champagne is Amazing! Great tasting room, will defiantly frequent.
