Rombi Wines is a red wine lover’s dream. The cabernet was my personal favorite—rich, smooth, and everything you'd want in a glass. Sal will take great care of you, and if you get the chance, ask him about the history of his vineyard. The stories are just as good as the wine (well, almost). Don’t miss this spot if you’re anywhere near Carmel Valley.

Sal, the owner, is very knowledgeable about wines and the wine making process. He is a pleasure to talk to and makes for a wonderful visit. Open on Saturdays and Sundays. The petit verdot wine is phenomenal.

Hands down, he produces the best red wine we have ever had! In addition, Mr. Rombi was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I'm so happy we stopped by there. We enjoyed our time at the tasting room very much and even brought some wine home with us to enjoy now and on our wedding anniversary. We also plan to order more wine in the future! I highly recommend Rombi wines.
