No hate to the employees but subway has gone down as a franchise these past years. The food still tastes the same but prices have more than doubled and they're always sending out coupons that they then don't accept. What can one do?

The staff was friendly and attentive in helping me. The meat freshly sliced, which I noticed the lady doing on the back counter. Veggies were fresh and crisp. Overall, I got to enjoy a great sandwich.

Went in to order employee was on the phone taking a personal call. Employee looked at me and told me to wait and that it would be a moment. I waited over 15 min and they were still on the phone laughing, so I left and will not be ordering from again.

I want to share that there is a worker at this restaurant who, since she started working there, does not let her enter the bathroom area, and her attitude makes the service of that good restaurant look like poor quality.
