While their milhojas is great, every time we've ordered a cake here it's been way behind schedule. At least four times in a row, we order a cake and each time it wasn't ready at the time scheduled for pickup. We end up waiting around for too long. The first three cakes were at least pretty good at least. Enough so that it felt worth it to come back next time.
The fourth time was the last straw in which we ordered a tres leches and it seemed like they hadn't even started it. We had to go home and wait for them to let us know the cake was ready. We drive back to pick it up, go about our birthday party, then we cut the cake and it tastes like nothing. It tasted like they forgot to sweeten the cake and the milk mixture didn't have condensed milk in it. Presumably because it was rushed. Which is a shame because we'd looked forward to it all day and it just put a damper on the night.
I don't know if they have issues with however they schedule cake orders, but I hope they fix it.

I come here occasionally for some pan dulce and recently I made my first cake order here for my son’s birthday! The cake was delicious! They have a whipped frosting and that’s what I LOVE when it comes to cakes. I will be ordering cakes from here on out from this bakery. The staff is also very kind and welcoming!

The best bakery in Ceres CA well that's at least I think I have been in the area for 6 years and here in Ceres for me it is the best and the customer service is very good I have not had any bad experience in this place always fresh and quality bread And by the way, the wood-fired bolillo is delicious, but if you know of any other place, let me know 😁 Stay tuned.
Very warm and welcoming bakery with excellent Pan dulce and the what they offer changes frequently. This is my go to spot for fresh bread and pan dulce in the area.

Looking for Mexican bread we found Beto's Baker and very good bread. We returned three days later for ONE cake and surprisingly delicious, reasonable prices, friendly customer service
