I have gotten pan dulce from here a few times and each time it has tasted very good to me. I usually get the concha's and the pink cake with sprinkles (I forget what their called).

Caution.... Feels like they charge what they want per bread.... They need to put prices! Charged $1.25 for 2 pink horns and charged $2 per piece for others. Plain Mexican bread and one muffin. Idk the perla has good bread too!

Very Disappointed doesn’t have the same feel to it anymore , Every time I go after work they rarely have any good bread just empanadas and some concha’s not a variety to pick from FYI don’t go after 5 Pm.I get random breads just to at least satisfy my craving but get even more disappointed by the price of it didn’t know we would get to the point of paying over 15 bucks for some 4 pieces of bread

Prices should be posted. $38 for bread where anywhere else it's half price or less. The bread is good but not worth the price plus I think transparency is important, if people want to pay $2+ per piece that's their option but they should at least be informed.

Always fresh baked goods here. If they don't have the bread/ pastry you're looking for, they will inform you when it's available or you can order it.

The bread is actually really good… their customer service, though is not. They are very unorganized. It’s such a hassle to order a cake and when you do, something goes wrong. We ordered our gender reveal cake from them which was delicious but they lost our ultrasound with our baby’s gender. We decided to let it go and give it another try so I decided to order one for my husbands birthday since he liked the first one so much. their IG says you can order in person or call we drove from Modesto only to be told the person who takes the order wasn’t there so they told us to call the next day. I messaged them on IG and they apparently can’t take orders via that either. I called a few times until I got an answer then was told they only take orders in person -__- and if I did order I had to pick up after 4pm when I needed the cake by noon. Mind you this was over 48 hours prior to my event which again, is what their IG asks for. Sad because we really do like the bread.

OMG!! My new go-to bakery for mexican pastries! A great variety of traditional offerings as well as other baked goods, cakes and freshly made sandwiches. Having visited multiple times, the breads are always super fresh and soft. The croissants are flakey and buttery and delicious. The bolillo de lenya are a must try.
