Usually when I eat at Chipotle I always go to the one on mchenry or dale, decided to give this one out because of the drive thru lane. First time I went I ordered a salad and did not get any lettuce in my salad, as I also asked for extra rice and paid for double protein yet my bowl was like half served. I work customer service and I try to understand employees, I’m aware there can be mistakes and I decided to give this same location a second try, this time I had no issues with my bowl it was quite well served and customer service was great, but when it came to eating the steak it was still not fully cooked and extremely chewy!! Couldn’t even finish my bowl unfortunately :(

Always a good meal here. But I really wish they would make the chicken al pastor a permanent part of the menu. That is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO good.
The brown rice was fresh and moist at this location. fast service.
Order extra and you get half. Mfs skimping on the portions. Go to a diff one. The people saying they are getting a huge bowl are lying out the 🫏
