During the time we were here on 7/31/25 we had a rude employee that would roll her eyes and treat us like we were beneath her. The other one was irritated that I paid with cash. We really liked going here and hope that this doesn't happen anymore.

Typically they forget to add a side that I redeem with my point and I don't find out till I get home. But, this time they also made me a bowl when it clearly says burrito on the tag. Shouldn't you guys be double checking orders??

I rather go to a Mexican store or a taco truck.somewhere where they put the ingredients together either to make pico de Gallo or guac.ive seen places where their guac is already made and they just open the bag and serce it on a platter to make it look presentable.these foods are easy to make if we put ourselves tomake it. We'd stop putting money into these authentic places they really make themselves look authentic when their not.i got a burrito and the ric3 bean and meat were all in sections.this was a lame burrito and when we asked for Xtra the scoop wasn't even full.shitty ass place.id give it no star and as we see stores closing I hope this restaurant closes its doors too.so much for a service

I've had two instances where I'm almost done with my bowl and I find a hair in my food. It's so disgusting finding a strangers hair in your food.
All I can do is just throw away what's left of the bowl. Calling the manager isn't going to do anything.
There's another reviewer that found a hair in their food too. I'd be careful ordering from this place.
