I always come here on my lunch and pick up in the Chipotlane. My order is always correct and great portions. Ready on time as well. Glad to have it close by.

Love Chipotle, love the drive thru lane. I come almost daily.My only problem is that this location doesn’t carry lemons. All of the other carry lemons but this one doesn’t. As soon as they start carrying lemons I’ll change this to a 5-star rating.

every time I order online , the bowls are not LABELED!! and i have to open every . single. one . to find out what belongs to who . It is super inconvenient for all of us to be opening the bowls when they should've been marked. ALSO . my bowls were missing items or had the wrong items added .

Got double chicken and double corn yet my plate is half way full server was a white cacausion with glasses.I always go to Chipotle on McHenry and briggsmore and they definitely serve you what you pay for not a half a scoop of chicken!!!!

Saying the service and the food is subpar is almost an a compliment. No eye contact with staff. They were not busy at all. The food was sparse. Very little meat on tacos and literally a few pieces of shredded cheese. It wasn't the Chipotle I am used to getting. Sad to see this great fast food place going downhill quickly. I'm hoping this trend isn't going on in all of the Chipotle locations. Also the seemed upset because we declined rice & beans due to dietary restrictions. I don't know why we got attitude about that really. I hope to see employees in a better, friendlier frame of mind if we give this place another shot. We were delighted to see Chipotle in Ceres. Wish I had taken a pic of the tacos with almost zero cheese ? ?

I ordered a chicken bowl with extra chicken and I didn't get hardly any chicken. I got mostly rice and pinto beans and salsa.

I have been going to this chipotle since it opened in ceres and their food is a freaking joke. I am surprised they are still getting business. This is quite literally the stingiest chipotle in the area. Every time I place an order or go in person to order they barely give you anything anymore. I ordered a burrito bowl and literally half way filled. They obviously don't measure their food accurately at all or they are intentionally skimping customer out of food. This food is not cheap at 10+ per item to have kid size portions. And try asking for little bit a rice, I always get a cup of rice. Who asked for that much? Needless to say the service tend to be poor. Not very friendly and always a wait even with on time pickup orders. I'd rather get some authentic Mexican food than this waste of money

I had some issues with my debit card and the level of service that was provided to see the problem through, was better then a five star restaurant. High five and thumbs up to Chipotle on Service road.
