Every time I’ve come here, I ask them to enter my phone number for reward points. The past two visits I have given them my phone number and both times when I check the app, nothing was earned. Not sure if they secretly avoid entering phone numbers or keep mistyping. I haven’t had this issue with other cold stone stores.

The moment you walk in, you're greeted by the sweet aroma of freshly mixed waffle cones and the cheerful hum of the staff behind the counter. It’s a fun, upbeat environment that always lifts your mood. Their display of ice cream mix-ins is colorful and inviting—everything from brownies and cookie dough to fruit and candy. I ordered their “Birthday Cake Remix” and it was just as rich and delicious as I remembered. The ice cream was smooth and creamy, and the mix-ins were fresh and well-balanced. Watching the staff mix it all together on the cold granite slab is part of the fun—there’s a bit of a performance to it that makes the visit feel special. My kids love seeing their creations come to life. Customer service was friendly and helpful. The young man behind the counter offered helpful suggestions when I was undecided and was patient as my kids debated their toppings. Everyone seemed to be enjoying their time there, both staff and customers. The vibe was welcoming, and the team was clearly trying to keep the energy positive and upbeat. That said, there’s a reason I’m giving it four stars instead of five. The prices are definitely on the high side, especially for families. A couple of ice cream cups and cones with mix-ins can quickly run up the bill. I don’t mind paying more for quality, but it does make it more of a special-occasion treat than a regular stop. Another small issue was the cleanliness of the seating area. While the counter and prep area were spotless, a few of the tables hadn’t been wiped down and the trash bin was starting to overflow. It wasn’t a major deal, but it stood out a bit given the otherwise polished presentation. A little more attention to detail here would have bumped the experience up a notch. Despite those small drawbacks, the quality of the ice cream and the fun atmosphere make Cold Stone a winner. They offer so many customizable options, so there’s really something for everyone. Whether you're a fan of classic vanilla or want to go wild with mix-ins and flavors, Cold Stone gives you room to be creative. Overall, I’d absolutely come back. Cold Stone Creamery is a great place to treat yourself or celebrate something small with the family. I may not give it a full five stars this time, but it’s still one of our favorite ice cream spots. Looking forward to our next visit—and maybe trying a new flavor combo!

This is my first time coming to Cold Stone, and I gotta say, this is without a doubt, the best ice cream I ever had in my life. They have a variety of flavors, and I had to try the cotton candy and the cake batter flavors, and to my surprise, they are the best ones I ever had. The cake batter is now my new favorite ice cream flavor. The staff here is also very friendly. I definitely will be back whenever it’s getting hot during the summer.

highly questioning the cleanliness at this cold stone. saw the employees touching ice cream without wearing gloves, and there was an employee who was touching dollar bills, and not changing her glove before touching someone else’s ice cream. The waffle cones we got were very stale and seemed old.

I made a stop at Cold Stone Creamery in Ceres while leaving town. I had a fantastic experience with Raj, who took my order. He mentioned he had just been in San Francisco, and we both agreed it was beautiful there. We talked about the wildfires down south and had a wonderful conversation. I'm really glad I stopped by; I loved my ice cream with mix ins, and it was absolutely delicious!

Worst customer service experience we have ever had as a business.Once being delivered with wrong flavors and mix ins, the lady managing called us yelling at us on the phone that they deliver the right flavors, cutting us off on the phone, wouldn't let us talk, or send pictures and she hanged up on us. Rude and unprofessional behavior. Quite inappropriate for someone in a managerial position. Do not order with this Ceres store. Worst customer service experience ever had. I contacted the corporate office to place a claim against the Management of this specific store.
