I placed my order ahead at 7:41 and it wasn’t ready till 8:39 very disappointing having to wait that long for my order they also filled the cup with ice to the top :/ i recommend the one in carpenter better service and the staff is way more friendly!!:)

Extremely frustrating experience. I placed a mobile order that was supposed to be ready at 8:02. By 8:20 I still didn’t have it, so I went to the window only to find my drink sitting there, melted. The worker at the window (9/9/25) didn’t seem to be paying attention at all, and it felt like no one cared about the order. Really disappointing service. I’ve never had smooth service at this location. Everyone is too busy talking amongst themselves. I work in the service industry for 10 years and customer service has plummeted.I used to get coffee as a treat but now it just pisses me off each time I visit.

This branch is my ALL time favorite. The baristas are the BEST. They are always so sweet, kind. I don’t even have to say mu order because they remember it 😁❤️. No other branch has the vibes this branch has.

Love my Ceres Dutch Bros they have the best crew always a good vibe. The crew is always so nice and friendly. It’s always nice to be greeted with a friendly face. They make drinks with that splash of kindness and it shows. Keep up the good work guys even when it gets busy the are always on it keep killing it.

This has to be the slowest Dutch Bros ever. Does it matter when you go never speedy service. Staff is not nearest polite as all other locations. Store definitely needs a better manager

I mistakenly ordered 3 medium drinks not knowing I had to order the large in order to get the merch patch and they refused to change them for me with me paying the difference. So I ordered 2 more large drinks and they said I had to go back and make line in order to get the 2 large drinks so we just left. I’m so disappointed and mad I’ve been buying Dutch Bros since it opened and giving tips so they can treat their customers like this!

we waited more than 20 minutes for our drinks, once we get to the window we receive our drinks and there is barely any strawberry soft top on my drink so i politely asked for more & the girl that received the drink proceeded to tell another girl that we had asked for more soft top and she very rudely said “you can charge them for more” while making a face… i didn’t mind getting charged for more but her comment and how she proceeded to add more soft top was extremely disrespectful, she rushed the drink out & made us feel some type of way. will not be returning to this location.
