Why does it take every time I go 20 or more minutes to just to order this is the closest to my house but for how long it takes I can go drive to turlock and go through the drive through twice and be back home for how long it takes to get ro the window and still wait for my drink at this drive thru. I don't understand how come it takes so long for them but 20+ minutes to even order is absorbed and hopefully they can retrain and make it a much faster experience and not dread being there.

My experience at Dutch Bros Coffee was nothing short of amazing. I ordered a large blended Picture Perfect Banana Bread, and it was truly the best drink on the menu. The girl taking my order was incredibly friendly and genuinely interested in how my day was going. When I mentioned that I was having a terrible day and needed a pick-me-up, she surprised me by saying that my drink was on the house. I went here, sat in the line for 20 minutes straight. Instead of the woman taking orders she was talking to her friend in a red car for 6 minutes straight, keep in mind I have work just like everyone else in that line. I will never come back to get a drink from here again, very unprofessional.

I'm not kidding when I tell you it takes 30 minutes in line to get your order. It's ran by kids and they will legit stop traffic and have a whole conversation if they see their friend in the drive thru. Drinks are good but not worth waiting super long.
