Here's a good example of friendly employees. My meal was prepared with skill. Everything net tge checkbox. I made an order on the mobile app but they were out of chicken breasts. They let me know as soon as I arrived and gave ne options. No problem, it was close to closing so it is understandable. I had them do thighs and drums and they threw in extra chicken for the difference. All the whike being as friendly and professiinal as can be. This makes an imoact in customers. It did on me. I will gladly be a returning customer. That is hiw business shoukd be done. So if you read this and are uooer management or owner, give your emoloyees a word of praise. They just performed in a way that encourages return business. Great job!

staff decided they weren’t making anymore food at 8:30pm when they are open until 10pm. I watched 3 different cars leave the drive thru without ordering at all. I wish I didn’t order. I got the last chicken nugget pieces and they were so hard it felt like eating overly peppered straw. no corn in my famous bowl, and the mashed potatoes were grey. i could see them really well since the only other topping was cheese and there was barely any of it. They closed the Patterson location, this is the next closest. But not worth the drive. it wouldn’t be worth the drive if i lived next door.
