Just left this place and let me tell you….. 5 STARS! not sure if it’s family owned or not but they sure did make us feel like family. My girlfriend and I did a takeout order and when she was walking out she accidentally dropped it. The people inside saw this and IMMEDIATELY started making another one before they even came out to us. They came out to let us know they were making another one and made us feel so much better. The young girl in the front even came to clean it up...
Food was good but no carrots in my Mac. The moco loco is bomb, they let me add onions but didn't grill them. The main reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because their prices are lower than the Riverbank L&L Hawaiian, why? (Riverbank's moco loco is +$2 more). I wish they'd build one in Modesto as both are an inconvenient drive.
The food is great but I wish I could say the same about the cashier. She's super rude, never smiles, and not helpful with questions on menu. She's very short with her answers and not welcoming at all. As a customer I want to feel like I'm welcomed. Your first interaction is with the cashier so she should smile at least. I won't be returning due to her lack of people skills. I never leave reviews on sites as I never feel like I have to but her customer service...
