I’ve been here twice before and really enjoyed everything. However, I am back today and they completely changed from a sit down restaurant that takes your order and “serves” you to a now walk up, place your order, and sit wherever. This takes away the motivation to tip them as they aren’t really providing me with a service. My big heart wouldn’t let me not leave a tip, but it was definitely not earned. Whoever had this awful idea, please refrain from making further decisions...
Tonight we went to Loza to celebrate a birthday. The staff Lulu, Gabby and Evencio were amazing. They were friendly and so helpful. The food and drinks were amazing!!! They made the birthday celebration feel so special. Thank You!!
My son brought me here for brunch 😃 We sat outside and had a great time. We tried Chocolate Martini and Espresso Martini for the first time they were 👍👍’s Up 😋 The Service was Great 👍 👍 The Food was Delicious 😋 😋
