Had some chicken tacos and the flavor was really good (maybe a tad salty) but the food was lukewarm not hot ? Lots of chicken on each taco which was great ?? definitely want to give them another try, hopefully it was just an off day!

LOVE this place. I have tried several taquerias in ceres and this one is at the top. there are variety of options to choose from, and nothing ever disappoints. Yes, it can be packed sometimes, but the food and customer service makes the wait worth it!! The girl with glasses was so kind and informative of all the dishes. My kids beg me to come to this place for the asada fries! If you haven’t tried it yet, you definitely should

The girl was soo rude taking my order at first I thought she was just Over her shift I came in later in the day .. I did tip her 10$ upfront hopefully to cheer her up.When she served my food it looked unappetizing.. I asked her for more plates she saw I came in with 3 kids and I explained I wanted 2 plain tacos for each kid.. she served me one unappetizing plate and when I went to the counter to ask for another she rolled her eyes and handed me plates she couldn't even take the time to dry .. she couldn't even cut the lemon in lemon slices . This place has terrible service.

It’s been awhile since I’ve been here and thought I’d give it another go since I remember the food being good and the manager being so nice! Tried to place an order over the phone and couldn’t get a word in with the rude girl talking over me. Guess you just can’t find good employees these days!

The first location is great and the second location has a real sit down atmosphere, and the food and service are impeccable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone whether you’re there by yourself, with a group of friends or with your family. This is the right place with the right taste.

I came to their establishment with my boyfriend & father-in-law around 630pm. The atmosphere was decent & comfortable. Good music & the menus contained alot of food options to pick from. I ordered the Chile Relleno Burrito. The presentation was perfect until I started to consume my order. The Chile Rellenos put into my burrito were overcooked & hard to bite into. I've had many Chile Rellenos from different restaurants & the one thing they all have in common is flavor, in which this burrito lacked. The rice that was also prepared for the burrito, also lacked in flavor. As someone who is a huge cheese lover, felt as if they made the burrito cheesy in means of masking the flavorless ingredients. The green sauce they brought with the order was pretty good, if not, better than most places I've been to. I can't guarantee I'd come back to this establishment but I would definitely not order that menu item again.

This review is for the Dale location. But If it's under the same ownership/management I can only imagine it's the same experience. This place is all hype. The food is bland and flavorless. My food came out cold. The michelada I got wasn't good. The service sucks, don't bother sitting down for dine in service they won't attend to you. The restaurant seems to have an identity crisis between being a taqueria and a full service restaurant. We should have done the taqueria side instead. I would have been able to refill my drinks instead of never being offered more water.

I don't understand why you would be greeted at the door and handed a menu. and then you have to get up and go to the front to order food. I ordered nachos, but they were missing the main ingredient on nachos: jalapenos! The shrimp dorado tacos are not really shrimp tacos they are potato tacos and have probable 1 1/2 shrimp on them. I believe the owner's thought that if you open a taqueria you will make it big, but without the basic understanding of mexican food or mexican- american food it's going be hard for them to make it. Nice decor but is not a restaurant and is not an authentic taqueria. Hope they can re define what they want to be.
WOW! Couldn't wait for this place to open based off all the pictures on social media. Absolute letdown. Hopefully they fix this bland, awful food b/c location is great.

This review is for the new Modesto location only. Subtitle, never believe Instagram pictures. Let me say before I get into it, the service was impeccable. Every person there was a lovely human being. The drinks at the bar were delish and the bartenders were attentive. The 3 star review is for the staff. That being said; This is Modesto. You should never leave a Mexican restaurant thinking "meh." There are literally hundreds of flavorful places to get good Mexican food with good bang for your buck. This is not one. We had the guacamole. It was fine, the portion size was small for the price but at least it had flavor. However the chips were both stale and piping hot from the fryer which is just weird. I had the shrimp ranchero burrito and the same could not be said. How do you fill a burrito with french fries, shrimp, beans and rice and "ranchero sauce" and it just tastes like crunchy french fries? Shrimp? I mean I saw it but it was bland and tasted like nothing. Beans and rice? Nothing. I did like the french fries tho, they had flavor. Also, if there was ranchero sauce or sour cream in that burrito, it would be a surprise to even the bland shrimp. And finally, that Don sauce? It's hot. I love hot, I'm not kidding when people complain I like my food spicy but come on Don, that was all heat and no flavor. Okay I don't want to bash everything so I will also say that the Mango Marg was worth the bland burrito. This place will stay open because it's got a great location but if you're a local, pick one of those hundred other places we all know.
