Plates have become skimpy and cheap looking but prices are still high. The Katsu chicken looked like it was on a diet with barely any meat and got sun burned by being overly deep fried. Not what I expected from Ono's. Definitely will go back to the OG L&L's Hawaiian BBQ.

We ordered a family meal (eat in) and they didn’t give us any plates or cutlery. When we asked for empty trays to eat on, they refused. We hadn’t eaten in hours and had to drive an hour just to get home.

This place was opened no more than a year or 2 ago. Inside dinning is non existent as it appears they are doing construction, with caution tape blocking most of the sitting area inside. Tables and floors are dirty, soda machine is not working, customer service is not what it could be.
They said the dish I wanted was going to take between 15-20 minutes which seemed too long for me being that it's a fast food place. So I chose a different plate. It was okay
