Service and wait not too terrible. As usual, food very tasty and all plates come with huge amount of cooked cabbage. Lastly, prices have really gone up.Parking: Typical fast food lot. We noticed one handicapped space and we were in it.

I have been a long time supporter of Ono Hawaiian Bbq. and have always had a pleasant experience. However, yesterday, was a massive disappointment with the service I received from one of their employees working the drive-through. This guy has no business dealing with customers. I guess he felt offended because of how I handed him my debit card. He was very unprofessional, short tempered, and even threatening. He looked at me in a very extreme way, like he wanted to jump. I believe his name was Michael. Anyway, hopefully the company realizes that he is detrimental to their business.

Ono has many menu items to choose from, beef, chicken, Kahlua pork and fish. Always good tasting rice and sides. This place was very busy and had great service. Please be patient as many items aren't cooked until you order them, tastes better that way.

Honestly, I have zero complaints about the food but the service is not the best if you’re spending $20 on food I am you want three sauces I think that should be something that could be provided but the fact that they limit you to one to two is

I don't know who runs this place, but it is not being ran correctly. Literally took 45 minutes to get through the drive-through that is unheard of too bad I don't have a 4 x 4 if not, I would've drove through all the plants to get out of the place. Literally still waiting for my food here. I got here yesterday at 6 PM and still haven't received anything. I don't know what's going on. in conclusion, this place needs to have proper training for the drive-through.

Teriyaki chicken is good, so is the macaroni salad. I added the steam veggies not having done so before and was disappointed. One broccoli floret with a crazy amount of cabbage. Who eats that much cabbage. I will make egg rolls with it. Will look for another Hawaiian place. Try it food was ok.
