Paleteria Y Neveria La Monarca

I was really looking forward to visiting this place, but unfortunately, my experience was a letdown. The horchata tasted stale and spoiled, and the elote in a cup was equally disappointing. I was shocked to find that many other reviewers have had similar experiences, which raises concerns about the handling and freshness of their dairy products.

I hope the management takes these complaints seriously and considers a thorough review of their inventory and storage practices. A health inspection would be a good step to ensure they're meeting proper food safety standards.

Until then, I would caution others to be aware of the potential issues with expired or spoiled products.

This place literally copied the whole menu and the original name ( Paleteria y Nieveria) of La Jungla Michoacana, and this place only changed the name to monarca, and were very rude when I ordered strawberries and cream , the cream isn’t good ,tastes like pure milk

I went into the store and I ask for a crepe and i took a bite and it’s was hard and cold and when I asked to be made again she had told me she had made them in the morning that’s not how those should be made and she was rude I asked twice and made it the same and still got mad over something that had to be done right there and not in the morning never will go back!!!!

Ice cream was old and had very little taste and even the taste it had was not good. Lady had her earbud in and was talking on the phone entire time. Just don’t go to this place!

Visited this ice cream shop for the first time. It was very odd that when we walked in, it was super warm in there. The two staff members that were working were not the friendliest and their product is overpriced. I got a rompope raspado and it tasted like banana. When I asked the lady if she gave me the correct flavor, she looked offended and bothered. I wouldn't go back.

It's good. My kids like the fruit tray called "pico de Gallo." Which you get a small or large tray full of "sliced fruit". Of any kind.They'll even tell you if their fruit " isn't tasty or bad" and offer other fruit, which is great instead of giving you what you want "and going home to be disappointed...."It is a little warm inside and maybe some fans or Ac set at a normal temp to avoid warm/bad fruit to go bar and guests to feel warm upon entering . But my kids like it so it's a 5!
