Employees don't know what is offered on the menu. Ordered Tailgate wings combo was told to pay for sides separately when it was advertised on the window. The offer was tailgate wings for $29.99 with 3 sides and a choice of flavors. Employee rang me up everything separate. When I pointed out window advertisement, they played it off and didn't k ow what to do. When I asked for the manager, they said she was busy and did not come out of hiding. I was not the only customer with the issue. Several others also had issues. I think they need help training their staff. I recommend getting a new manager that can actually attend to customers concerns.
