The manager was very rude there the lady with glasses and tall black hair the service was not good at all they need to retrain the manager I asked her name she didn’t wanna give it out then I asked for the corporate number and she says there’s no corporate. This is the only store in series with just one manager so the manager whoever trained her needs to retrain her because her customer service sucks big time she tried to talk to him in Spanish, and I taught told heryou know I speak Spanish, but I also speak English and I would like to make a complaint and she didn’t wanna do anything. She didn’t give me she didn’t wanna give me my receipt back. It was just all bad. They just ruined our dinner.

The parking lot is always full even though there are very few people inside. Which tells me most of the parking is being used by the staff. Getting the correct order is 50/50 and they always run out of large straws. How is a person expected to drink a venti frap with a small straw?

They are super kind but I feel what other people are saying idk if this is a trashy place or not but I shall still attend lol!!!the food or as I shall say the drinks are super good but the food like food food idkkkk but drinks ohhhh don't get me started !!!!!!!!!!!!!but forever with my chai matcha !!!venti iced which is. I tried going in through drive thru on 04:14/25 @ 9:30 pm ordered an ice water , keep in mind I’m going to pay for it . The kid tells me he can’t give me water unless I purchase something but he will sale me water bottle he said . I said I will buy the the cup of water with ice he said mmmmm no . So you guys can’t sale a cup of iced water charge same price you would a water bottle ????

I order a matcha lavander and the dude rang me up for a regular matcha ? Then wanted me to order again and pay again for a mistake that he made ? Mind you the drink still had powder not mixed well last time I came they made my drink the same didn't mix it right and I ended up drinking powder instead of actual an drink🤦 went straight to the trash 👎 2 times in a row is crazy
