I was greeted with such kindness and warm welcomes as soon as I walked in. Place is very clean and has a relaxed feel. Decent amount of menu options for both food and drinks. And the sub I got is delicious (chicken salad sub). Definitely will be back

I went in today to grab a couple of sandwiches for dinner, after a long day at work and taking my son to the Dr.
As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the friendly staff as usual. I ordered our delicious sandwich and was talking to the staff as well, the lady gave me a sample of the mango smoothie (which was delicious by the way) they asked how my day was going. I stated it was it has been a long day and that my son was sick and had a high fever, after I was done ordering and paying for my food the gentleman who was helping me gave me a free cold drink to take home to my son to help cool him down. It was the sweetest gesture ever. They truly are the sweetest people and the food is always so fresh and delicious. I highly recommend this place.

This place has the best sandwhiches, best boba, and best costumer service. I will ALWAYS pick the establishments with the best customer service. This place is doing all the right things. They’re so nice to my 13 month old every time we go in. I dream about a sub sandwhich and boba every week.

I used to love this deli. Now it’s a boba tea place and my sandwich was $16! For a regular deli sandwich. Tasted ok but I can get a better one at Picadilly for 1/2 the price.

Hidden gem in Modesto! The service is excellent. You are immediately greeted by friendly staff. I ordered the taro slush with boba and it was delicious. I haven’t tried the food, but it looks good.
