I had asked for a classic luxe combo when going to pay at window I took a look at my receipt and realized they had the wrong item on there I asked the lady named Liza nicely if they could change it to what I had thought I asked for and she straight up told me no then I asked her if they could at least change the chicken chalupa for a beef one and she said no that the order was already made there was nothing they could do.

I came to pick up 3 orders which was mine and 2 other friends orders and was told I had to go back around in line to get the 3rd order. Which honestly sucks big time because there was a long line and took forever to get the 3rd order. By the time I got home the food from the first 2 orders were cold

They serve a tostada for 1.99 and the ingredients don't even cove the 5" flat shell. There could not even be 1 ounce of beans even less sauce and maybe 1/8 ounce of cheese. I ask if that it was prepared properly with the correct proportions and was told it is correct. Very disappointed!
