We came here twice, and both time they were closed. The hours on both Yelp and Google aren't correct and updated. Today we came again, and they were closed again. Sign by the window said they are only open on Saturday during summer hours. One day a week, how do they stay in business? I don't care how good they are, you need to be open more days and hours.

Got a sandwich and a cookie. Both were incredible. The women who runs it is so nice! Come support them!

We’ve visited this bakery a few times before and have always enjoyed the food, particularly the pepperoni panini and the baked goods. Today, we came back with high expectations, ordering a box of baked goods and the pepperoni panini we’ve come to love. Unfortunately, the experience was far from what we hoped for, mainly due to the service and a few disappointing issues.

First, we learned that the bakery is only open once a week right now, which we understand due to the need to conserve energy in the heat. However, it’s still puzzling how they could run out of such a key ingredient, especially considering they’re only open once a week. When we went to order the pepperoni panini, we were told they were completely out of pepperoni. While we were okay with this and decided to try something else, it was frustrating that there seemed to be no attention to their stock levels.

We ended up ordering three 3-cheese pesto paninis instead. Throughout the ordering process, the staff (two girls) didn’t seem particularly friendly or engaged. They weren’t rude, but their attitude was far from warm or welcoming. Adding to the frustration, we were told that their system was down and they were only accepting cash or taking down your info manually. While I understand that tech issues happen, it added to the overall inconvenience.

When our paninis were ready, one of the girls handed them over with a “Have a good one,” but there was no genuine warmth or acknowledgment. She smiled and laughed as she walked away, but we were left unsure what was so funny given the situation.

Now, to the food: The paninis, which are listed as having three cheeses (cheddar/mozzarella/pepper jack per their menu on door dash), were disappointing. Our three 3-cheese pesto paninis appeared to only contain cheddar and had very little melted cheese at all. For $10 each, I expect the panini to be made as advertised with three cheeses and properly melted. I even took a photo to show the lack of melted cheese and the overall lack of variety in the cheese selection and just cheddar as the option. Literally the photo below is the panini with one singular type of cheese and no sight of what should be clear as day pepper jack and mozzarella. Honestly, it’s the fact this is being charged at like $10 a panini is ridiculous and I’m not getting what is advertised. If they could let me know there’s no pepperoni then why not let me know there’s not everything for this panini either so we can at that point not bother with it.

Overall, the experience was a letdown. For a place that’s only open once a week right now, it’s surprising to see so many areas lacking attention from inventory management to service and the quality of the food not matching what’s advertised. I can’t recommend this bakery to others when there are plenty of other places that clearly take more pride in their products and provide a more welcoming atmosphere. Sadly, we won’t be returning anytime soon.

A good bakery, but their menu is unpredictable. They used to do great breakfast sandwiches, but now apparently only the Loma Linda location has these. Guess I’ll go elsewhere for breakfast when I want more than pastries.

All they have is about 10 pastries. No bread. Their idea of a capuchino is regular brewed coffee with frothed milk for $5. No place to sit.

This is the Best bakery in the world!!! I have tried places in France, Italy and this place is by far the best, everything I’ve tried is delicious, freshly baked every morning. My favorites are the cinnamon rolls , butter croissants, and spinach feta rolls but they have a great selection to choose from.

An authentic French croissanterie right down the street. How lucky we locals are and if you’re passing through in the morning (Wed-Sat) don’t miss this place! Thank you chef for the amazing, delicate, pain aux raisin delights!
