I was an out-of-towner looking for a meal, and Pizza Factory hit the spot! I had a personal pan pan pizza with a drink for a reasonable price. I loved the crust- a bit crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Plenty of toppings, too. If I'm in Chester again, I'll drop in again!

Really great pizza place located up in the pines of Chester cal. Best in the hills .lol . But a great way to enjoy the shores of lake Almanor. plenty of parking and a nice clean place to bring the kids

Excellent service and excellent pizza. The breadsticks weren't super flavorful but the kids enjoyed them. We always make a point to stop in whenever we are in the area. We'll be back.
Food is fabulous. Try the Hawaiian or the Spaghetti with meatballs. If the owner/manager is open to one suggestion. Please give your customers receipts. We were not offered one and our order got lost. We paid cash so had no way to prove that we paid for food. Fortunately your employees remember. Shit happens and stuff gets lost. Most important is that they fixed it, we got our food and loved it. Was just a little frustrating that we waited an hour, only to find out our order got lost. We will definitely be back. Want to try all the pasta dishes. Cheers!!

When did they start cutting the canzone? And, WHY in 3 pieces? It's meant for 2. Menu even states two. But, no thank you, I don't need my food cut up for me. Highly dissatisfied.
