4-7-24 - I'm only posting because my husband and I just stopped by there to see about ordering some pizzas to take home with us on our way back from our anniversary trip, found that the piece of here was just too expensive for our taste, but it might be average compared to other places, but we do like The Pizza Factory

I'm eating this right now. You all had me fearing this stop on my trip. So unfair to this place. They take online orders, and my order was accurate to the minute. There was nothing wrong with the food and mine tasted good hot out of the oven. It's not a fancy pizza, but I appreciate the convenience of this existing out here.

Untrained, unprofessional employees. Cashier didn't know how to accurately take our order; we had to do it twice because he kept double charging us. The cook had very bushy curly long red hair, was wearing headphones, dirty tee shirt & pants hanging well below his butt--no aprons or hats to keep hair out of food. Ordered a calzone & fillings were cold inside. Salad bar wasn't stocked well or clean. Asked for a knife & it took three times to get a clean one. Customers behind us waited 45 minutes for their sandwich order before giving up & demanding a refund. Won't be back again unless the owner makes BIG changes.

Closed an hour early for no reason.We came on a Sunday, at 8 pm and they turned us away at the door. Posted hours stated they would be open until 9. This location is one of 2 options in town on maps “open til 9” and they decided to close early.

It didn't appear that anyone was in charge. Service was terrible and the order took about an hour to come out. When it did come out they forgot part of it. I won't be going back. Oh, the pizza was just ok. Not worth the wait.

Great service super friendly associates and undeniably the best consistent pizza I have ever had! Pepperoni, bacon and white sauce never tasted so good!!
Convinced this place never answers their phone ,and the web site freezes while trying to use that option,May not even be open anymore

calzone was served w/ raw dough on the inside… the entire stuffing fell through a hole in the bottom when the wet dough caved in. Not edible.

We just happen to spend the night in Chester and got a pepperoni pizza and bread sticks and I can't stop thinking about how delicious they were!!! Would go there again anytime!!!! Wish we would have got more breadsticks for the road trip!
