Booked online table and arrived little early so we sat at the bar and did Happy Hour. Bartender was awesome! Drinks were flying he even gave us a secret recipe on the Garlic Butter and Herb Steak tips and awesome Whiskey sauce. Timber House Pretzel, Bites dip was killer. One of us poured the sauce over her Wedge! I had one of the Martinis and others tasted their home brews. We split a Wedge salad. Another ate her own. I had the Durham Ranch beef from Wyoming. The Wagyu beef was the best I have ever had. YUM! PLUS, we ended up staying at the bar and World Series Blue Jays and another team came on! We had front row seats!!

We told them it was for my birthday , we had to stand outside in the cold to be seated, we were seated by the door once inside so every time the door opened you felt the cold air, we were left at our table for long periods of times without being waited on and we asked for things but never got them until our meal was done. Kinda bummed that we drove all the way from Janesville for this experience.

Took a long time for a hamburger to come out of the kitchen. Fries were cold and hard on hamburger and soft and warm on fish sticks

Great food and atmosphere. I ordered the special chicken salad sandwich and it was delicious. The staff was friendly as well.

We were at the restaurant and we were generally disappointed, my beer was room temp. We had the brisket sandwich which was dry and a pulled pork sandwich which contained very little pulled pork. We got no drink refills despite being told they were coming and it wasn’t busy at all. Unfortunately not a good visit for us.
One pro: dogs are allowed on the patio.

I had the scallop special and it was delicious. My husband had chicken fettuccini and it also was just as good. Always a good experience here. Our favorite place to have dinner in Chester!

Great appetizers (shrimp basket is GF) and brussel sprouts and cheese curds to name a few. The four of us had the wagu burgers- outstanding! Too stuffed for dessert.

I had soup for lunch and side dish of pulled pork. I met a friend there. Nice atmosphere and service; however they don’t even have gluten free buns nor bread! For those of us with a wheat allergy it is difficult dining out. Most people think it’s just some fad diet “gluten free” but I can assure you that it is a lifestyle and a health concern more than anything. I hope to be able to visit again and try dinner.
