We stopped by Andy’s Burgers with the family after Sunday service, and it’s a great local spot with a lot of variety. They serve much more than just burgers—the menu has everything from sandwiches and gyros to breakfast items.
The portions are generous; the combos come with a huge amount of fries. I decided to switch my side to onion rings, though I found the ones I got to be a little on the dry side, so I might stick to the fries next time.
The dining area inside is nice and spacious with big tables that are perfect for families. They do have outdoor seating available as well, though it can get pretty sunny out there if you are visiting in the afternoon. The service was friendly and the food came out very quickly, which we really appreciated.
If you’re in the Chino area and looking for a solid, fast, and friendly meal, I’d definitely recommend giving them a try!

Service is great as always. The new location is very modern, although the old spot had a cool old-school vibe that a lot of people liked. The Super Burger is always my go-to when I visit Andy’s. The chili cheese fries were a little salty this time, but still delicious. My only suggestion would be to bring back the larger ranch sauce—it wasn’t quite enough for the chili cheese fries.

The food is ok. I didnt like the fries because it is a slightly battered ones and its a bit salty. The burger is like any Jim's or Tom's burger. What they do excel on is the atmosphere, definitely a top notch or future direction of local burger joint.
Personally, I would recommend that this place invest a bit more time focusing on adjusting the flavor then it can potentially go down in history as a great place because the investment they already made in such a nice building is kind of iconic for that neck of the woods.

Food was good. Prices are a little better than most. Workers seem nice just not extra friendly. No service beyond the counter. It seems to have been upscaled from old place so I was expecting waitress or waiter to deliver food, bring more coffee, and just ask how it's going in general. And plates are plastic with paper coffee cups. It's big open windows is nice and fairly comfortable chairs.

If your online hours say you’re open, then be open. Showing up to a closed restaurant is ridiculous. I passed up an easy, reliable breakfast at McDonald’s for this, and ended up wasting my morning. Fix your hours — customers shouldn’t have to guess whether you actually operate.”

Rude staff while ordering and then they preceded to yell and run around while on the break in front while people were eating. The entire restaurant was trying to eat but staff was rude and showed no respect or customer service

Overall, great food and great Service I recommended if you like lunch.
We have been coming to Andy’s since before we lived in Chino. Always great, staff knew wife and kids by name. Knew our orders. Loved it. Then they moved across the street. No coke, that was fine we can order something else. But the people that staff the drive through 😟 Maybe the first time they were busy and she was having a bad day. But this is consistent. Last time wife was there she got rudely accused of wanting dressing for free. Like the 2 extra bucks was going to put me in the poor house. I have been actively saying “no, choose something else” when the kids say “Andy’s” when I ask what they want. Bring back the “love” and drop the rude staff, please.

We ordered a breakfast sandwich, two coffees and a chicken salad. They have french vanilla creamer and half and half for their fresh brewed coffee. Turkey egg breakfast sandwich had mayo, lettuce and tomato. Their chicken salad was so good. Ill be back to order one for my next work lunch. prompt attentive service and their prices are fair.
