We went to lunch with another couple after church. It wasn't crowded yet and we were seated immediately. The staff and service was excellent. Our server Emily returned several times to check on us and was quick to bring anything we needed. She anticipated when we needed drink refills and brought them. The manager on duty also came by twice to check on us. We all ordered the 2/$25+ option. Our friends both got the chicken salad and artichoke dip appetizer which they enjoyed. My husband and I like getting the 2 salads rather than the appetizer. He ordered the tequila/ lime chicken, which is a favorite of ours for the $2.50 extra and it he said it was excellent. I decided to try the new Chicken Parmesan with Fettuccine Alfredo. I asked Emily if I could have a grilled chicken breast instead of the fried one that came with it and she agreed. I really liked the grilled breast. It was tender and juicy and was great with the sauce and cheese on top. The fettuccine not so much. The top of it was dried out like it had been sitting awhile and the noodles were gooey and stuck together like they weren't fresh. The sauce tasted good though. The breads stick it came with was also dry and hard on the bottom even though it had butter(?) on it, so after 2 bites I left it as it wasn't worth the calories. I didn't say anything about the fettuccine not being great because I didn't want to make an issue of it when we were dining with friends. I just ate it. I will probably try this again once it isn't so new and they have more experience preparing it. Lastly, I am not a fan of those gizmos on the table where you are supposed to pay yourself. Emily did tell us to let her know if we needed help with it. Yes, we did have trouble with it and had to ask for help. It is very frustrating to have an enjoyable meal and then have to fight those machines to pay. Overall, we had a nice lunch with friends and will come again.

I love their food and I can eat for cheaper than a fast food meal. They have good deals and tasty food. If you like French onion soup, this is the place to get it. I always all for it well done so that the cheese is brown and crispy...yummy. I had that and a platter of spinach-artichoke dip with chips, and coffee. When my total came I thought they had missed an item. It was less than $15. They do have reduced entree prices after 9pm.

Food was good. But service was horrible. Walked in waiting to get a table for a party of 7. Waited at least 10 minutes before anyone even came over to acknowledge me. When multiple workers kept looking at me the entire time. Finally a gentleman came over and got the table ready. The manager then proceeded to come over and refused to seat me until my entire party was standing there even with most of my party being handicapped and coming and wanting to sit down right away. Finally went outside to grab my party and we walked in to be seated and the manager gave really dirty looks. She also had her very young child in the restaurant with her with a blanket, shoes off, making a mess in the corner. The manager was very rude and also took us a while for the server to come take our drink order.
Had to leave a great review - staff was 10/10 . The manager Dom ? I think it was?.. was super sweet to our kid . He didn’t have crayons for coloring so he let him have his pen and brought him stickers !
Waiters was also very sweet ♥️ food and drinks were great as always .

Went to Applebee's set in the bar area female server was excellent. Friend had clubhouse grill. I had onion rings which are very good but then boneless chicken tenders. Were absolutely horrible I don't know if they were old sitting there and they just reheaded them .. but most of them were very hard they were also overly drowned in barbecue sauce. Plus they gave me a side of barbecue sauce. I will definitely go to a different Applebee's cuz I love their wonton tacos and fiesta lime chicken

This Applebee’s feels like it’s lost a bit of the energy it once had. It’s become more of a run-of-the-mill bar and grill than the lively spot it used to be. Service could’ve been sharper — we only received one round of drink refills during the entire meal, and my entrée wasn’t upgraded to the 10oz as I requested when ordering.
I tried the new Skillet Garlic Steak — it wasn’t bad, but it definitely needed more seasoning. Not terrible, just not something I’d go out of my way to order again. The artichoke dip came with huge chunks of artichoke, which might be great for some, but I prefer a smoother dip that doesn’t snap my chip in half.
Management made frequent rounds, which might seem like a plus, but with so few guests, it almost felt excessive. It left me wondering if something had gone wrong earlier in the shift. In my opinion, it's better to check in at key moments — before the meal or as the check is coming — rather than hovering throughout.
All in all, not a terrible experience, but nothing that really stood out either.
