It had been awhile since I've been back to Applebee's and I have to say this location in Chino is excellent. My daughter and I have a date and we enjoyed our appetizers half of plus a meal it was very much everything that we desired and more.

Most of the food was good. Thank you to Applebees for Veterans Day lunch. The chicken breast for the Alfredo chicken parm Was a whole breast but was not tenderized so was a bit hard. The salad seemed To have changed since I have been here last. The steak/meat here has appeared like it was I hate to say lab grown, but it’s been like that for over 20 years. They even had a local photo of Chino Hills state park flowers in spring season on the wall. The Ziosk games did not work that well and it died.
Very nice and polite food server and the whole crew, including the manager. Affordable food price and great deal. Love their 2 x 25. Best choices

Went and it was super busy, my waitress ended up with a giant party of like 12 people while maintaining other tables. It wasn't over the top customer experience, but I wasn't neglected and was given good and proper service

This Applebee's is always good. Food is good and their prices are still fair! Our service was great on a busy Friday night.
Hubby and I eat here often because it's a great location that's close to home with friendly staff. There are two Chris' who work at the bar and they're both awesome.

Food was bland, no taste to the spinach dip or 4 cheese Mac. Kraft Mac might even have had more flavor than that. Service was horrible. At first I felt like the young gentleman was a newer server and was trying give the benefit of a doubt but unfortunately seems like the whole restaurant has horrible service. No one attended to us, multiple tables around us having same issues. Orders messed up, forgetting appetizers and drink requests not correct. We waited for so long trying to get help with checking out with a gift card that took forever! The little check out kiosk on the table did not work and had the table behind us order. Server let us know that wasn’t our tables and tried fixing. My husband had to wait outside with our 3 year old since this was all taking so long. No one was there to help out the gentleman. I saw maybe ONE man who looked like a manager and looked like he was no help or a clue what was going on in his own restaurant. The manager never came to our side of the restaurant once! Literally had to look up the reviews for this restaurant once we left because it was so horrible. Never coming back. I am so happy we had gift cards to pay for our food tonight. Apple bee’s more like Apple D’s and F’s is what my husband said.
