Took my daughter for a late small dinner and were seared in a window booth on the side opposite Grand Ave. Had to move ourselves to a nearby table and chairs because it was so cold under the a/c vent. We had just had rain, so I don't know why the air was pumping at what felt like 67 degrees. Asked our server about it and she just shrugged. Simple things like this make a difference and any manager worth his salt would be noticing things like that. Also seems to be a bit pricey the last year or so.

It’s currently 10:42 pm and we’re sitting at a table it’s practically dead and we weren’t seated for 15 minutes and multiple staff were looking at us and not seating us and just talking and the girl who seated us was rude and the guy who served our drinks was even worse these people don’t care about their customers and it felt vary age directed, honestly I don’t know who was put on shift but all of them were disrespectful and rude, even the bare tender, don’t come here if you are hoping for a pleasant night there’s and islands next door and I have never even been there before but I would still recommend it over this any day, the guys name was Ethan too and I took a pic of the girl who was rude because none of them gave us their names, don’t come here honestly don’t waste your time or money, we walked out before we touched our food or drinks cause it was truly that bad I couldn’t stand being there another moment.

As the term in their ads say, neighborhood is an excellent choice of a word. Feels like you belong. Very friendly. Good food in perfect proportions. Prices are great.Parking: Parking is in the food court area of the shopping center. You may have to walk a few hundred yards during the dinner rush, but it's not too far unless you have mobility issues.

Our server Brittney was great. She was attentive to our needs & when I asked for a to go cup for the half of glass of ice tea I had, she brought me one half filled with ice tea so I left with a full cup...
Sat at the Bar and bar flies keep buzzing around while we are trying to eat. Plus, the Bartender girl Chastity is so rude we had to ask for more drinks and if could order. French Onion soup was absolutely disgusting! They put a whole slice of bread in it instead of croutons! When we told the Bartender girl she was argumentative. Just horrible service… I’m super disappointed! Gave a $10 tip even though she didn’t say anything but slam our bill on the counter! Horrible customer service.

Service was great! Very attentive server. However, the place was near empty and it still took 10 minutes to be seated. For a near empty restaurant we should have been seated more promptly.
Had lunch here on SaturdayOrdered a salad chicken was too hard, it came with no dressingOrdered me a coffee and it was cold, brought it up to our waitress and she was not to happy said she will bring me a new one which took for ever.She ignored us the whole time after that.Still gave her a tip and prayed for her.
