FANTASTIC!
Great selection of the usual breakfasts, and a whole host of other unique combinations. Try the Korean Bulgogi rib eye & eggs, rice, onions, Avocado… excellent quality, presentation, and portion size. Clean interior of a converted house, indoor & outdoor seating, including a large shaded yard.

⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Avocado House: Excellent Food and Must-Visit Staff
The Avocado House offers a truly wonderful breakfast. This was my first time visiting, and I had the classic plate (pictured here) with perfectly fluffy eggs, crispy home potatoes, and juicy sausage—it was fresh and absolutely delicious!
What truly sets this place apart is the stellar staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive, easily making the service five-star.
The only slight drawback is the parking; spots are hard to find and very tight, making maneuvering difficult.
Verdict: Go for the amazing food and service, but give yourself extra time to handle the parking situation!

This place has gone way down since they changed ownership, I was invited today but wouldn't consider coming back even if the food was free, sorry but we must be honest when posting a review.
Thank you for reading.

Had breakfast here with the Mrs. and man was it a terrible experience. After waiting a bit to place our order we had to wait almost 40 minutes for the 1st dish to come and another 15 for my order to arrive. It was brought only after getting annoyed and asking someone what’s taking so long. When they finally brought my order they said the tortillas would be out shortly but by the time we finished our meals they still hadn’t brought them.
Only good thing about this place is that yes the food does taste good.

Haven’t been back here in at least 20 years. Forgot what I was missing. Had breakfast and everything was great. Especially liked the patty sausage and also the pancakes with their special homemade syrup.
I went on a weekday morning and it wasn’t too crowded. Service was fast. They also kept up on the coffee. We ate indoors, but they also offer outdoor dining. I split my breakfast with my wife and it was still plenty of food.

This place is adorable. A cute cottage converted into a cozy restaurant. There is seating inside but plenty more seating on their front porch and back patio. I love taking my kids to restaurants like these because there is space for them to get their wiggles out while waiting for food and not get in the staff's way.

Food was okay- ordered Huevos ala mexicano because they said it’s popular dish, it wasn’t bad but wasn’t great. It was a cute little spot tho, would try the food again if I’m ever in the area
Visited the Avocado House today, never been there before it wasn’t busy but honestly I don’t like the order first then sit it feels rushed and for someone that has no idea what is in the menu. Staff kept looking at us like saying hurry up and order. We eventually ordered something quick i wish I had more time to look at the menu but oh well. We sat down and food took like 15 min to be ready and it was not busy all the people that were there were already served. Food is okay nothing out of the ordinary I was excited to try their famous pancakes but as I was about to eat it I saw a white hair in my pancake it looked like it was a pet hair, I kindly ask the waitress if she could make me another I am not a pet person or own any pets because I don’t like hair in my food and clothes but I was not rude simply asked if I could get a new one. It took like 8 minutes to make but didn’t say anything it finally came out and I started eating it but it tasted a little too soft on my second bite I looked at the pancake closely and it was very undercooked i couldn’t eat it and didn’t want to return it again since I don’t like making a big deal out of things so I just left it there and didn’t eat it, for $5 a single pancake I wish it was at least cooked. I don’t know if i will come back again but for now i will say is a no for me.

Didn’t get to eat. I sat down and waited for 10 minutes because I walked up to the counter and said I’d never been here before, and she told me to sit down, and look at the menu then be helped. She never came and helped people who I’m assuming were regulars and just sat down as well. Then she made me feel dumb in front of a full room of people by yelling “No sir you were supposed to order at the counter.” I have never been treated so poorly and I’m honestly sad. I took pictures thinking this would be a cute place for my family. Maybe you’ll have a better experience.
Update: I called to voice my complaints to the manager, and the employees who answered refused to answer basic questions like “when will they be in?” And they acted like I was being weird. For real, you guys need to work on your customer service because from my perspective it felt like I walked in first, and you served an older white gentleman that came in after me who didn’t order yet, then told me I was ordering incorrectly. You guys are straight up rude. I need to talk to management.

First time here. Although I've lived in the area for years. It is good! Parking on both sides of the restaurant. I went on today, on a Monday, and it was packed. Weekends it gets crazier, but it's worth it. Prices may be a tad bit high, but the quality of the food is great. Nice, clean plates, service is good too. I ordered the chilaquiles, and it was pretty good. You can eat inside, or outside. I will be coming back here again though. I do recommend it if you've never been. You can bring your dog too(outside), so that's a plus!
