I’m what an adorable quaint house made into a restaurant. Fresh food and delicious!!! My turkey sandwich with bacon and avocado with caramelized onions was perfection! A must for breakfast or lunch if you’re in Chino. Closed on Sundays.

My Nephew was visiting from San Diego, we decided to shop local & support a small business for Breakfast. I’m a Chino resident & live walking distance from the Avocado House. This was my first & last visit here. We’ve received better customer service & food at Denny’s. As we were waiting in line to pay for our food a waitress shoved the door open while she had the hot pot of coffee & spilled all over my nephew. It was hot!!! His white shirt was completely stained. I asked if he wanted to go elsewhere but we decided to stay. I spoke to the man at the register regarding what happened; He confirmed he was the owner. I explained what had happened & that the coffee was hot & my nephews shirt was soaked & stained. He acknowledged what happened & that’s it. He didn’t apologize or anything. We went & sat outside in the back. I thought maybe he would come out & apologize for the situation but NO, NOTHING. The service was super off after that & I feel like our table was purposely ignored. The food was just ok. By the time I got someone to bring syrup for our table the pancakes were cold. We spent about $140 on breakfast. The owner showed little regard for the incident that happened to my nephew. I’m very disappointed with our experience & we will never be back. I do not recommend at all!!
Photo was taken while we were outside.

The Avocado House is a cozy and family style brunch restaurant. We ordered a french toast, a pan cake, and a garden omelette which were very good and delicious. The staffs were friendly and the serving was attentive The price is also reasonable and I will definitely come back soon.

Our first time here. Good food. I had the country breakfast platter. My wife had the garden omelette. We sat outside. Very nice day. You order inside then you receive a table friend that you set on your table. We received Nemo. Then they find you. My wife gave me her avocado from m her Omelette. It was very fresh and tasty. There is additional parking next door at the optometrist office.

The food here is excellent and the overall setup makes the place even more enjoyable. I really appreciate the variety of seating choices available. You can relax indoors, sit outside on the wraparound porch, or enjoy the open backyard area with picnic tables. It creates a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere that makes you want to stay longer.

food was great… you orderat the counter and seat yourself, but I wasn’t overly impressed with the serviceand it’s definitely not inexpensive. My daughter got a breakfast burrito with no add-ons and I had avocado toast with salmon and I had hot tea which brought the bill to almost $50 which in my opinion is ridiculous.
