Went for a small cake but saw the polar pizza it looked so good. One of the workers, Anais helped me out and she had luckily just made the flavor I wanted. She was very helpful and courteous. I ended up buying ice cream as well. I would definitely go back for the customer service, and for the polar pizza.

The young man was super fast, very helpful, friendly and professional, the place was really clean, and they always have really interesting flavors. I absolutely love that. I had the green tea Matcha and my son always gets wild and reckless or mint chocolate chip. It was five of us so the seating obviously wasn’t gonna happen. It’s best to take it to go. But it’s definitely a go to place for ice cream cakes or just getting a shake or a scoop. The best customer service in town!

Today I visited this particular Baskin Robbins location, and I was truly impressed! The atmosphere was cozy, everything was clean and inviting — but what impressed me the most was the staff. It’s rare to meet people who are so polite, friendly, and attentive. They helped me choose my flavors, offered samples of new ones, and made me feel like a truly valued guest. You can tell the team here genuinely cares about each customer. Thanks to this specific Baskin Robbins café, I had a wonderful experience. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to everyone I know!

Went in tonight for a 4 pack. It was literally 4 mini scoops of ice cream with the container less than half full. Also the guy perfectly missed every piece of chocolate making it a total rip off!

Horrible experience ! I called a day before to order my cake and they confirmed it would be ready for Saturday at 4 pm. I get there and they had nothing. The girl who took my order Noel messed up and placed my order for Sunday when I had specified I needed it for Saturday and she even confirmed with her manager that it would be no problem. Don’t waste your time coming here ! Today was super packed and only one person helping everyone ! Terrible customer service !
Terrible experience! Came in for my favorite a cuppuccino blast at 9:20 pm (40 minutes before close) and was told they started closing early and they had already cleaned their blenders so they weren't doing any more blended drinks with the worst attitude! I asked the employee her name and she took about 30 seconds to come up with the name "Eva".So I'll describe what she looks like since I know it's not her real name. She's was skinny, darker skin complexion, with black hair. I have worked in the food/service industry for over 10 years and have NEVER come across such a rude person! I understand they want to hurry and close so they can go home but there’s two blenders. Close one early and leave one open at least. Or make up and excuse/lie and say they’re broken! Don’t tell me you cleaned them early and are no longer making blended drinks. She had the worst attitude and even rolled her eyes when she was turning around to keep cleaning thinking I didn't see! The other girl working was soooo sweet and was actually working helping the customers. So if you come across "Eva" good luck getting anything you'd actually want, she prohibits sales and happiness! Very disappointed with the customer service.
