I forgot to order a custom ice cream cake for my daughter. I called at least 7 other Baskin-Robbins locations around me, and they all refused to help me out, since the normal policy is to place your order at least 24 hours in advance. I've been a regular Baskin Robbins customer for years. Pretty disappointed to see an establishment like this charge so much for ice cream. Today my girlfriend and I went in to get a double scoop (almost $6 at this place!)...I understand that it's a business and it has to be profitable, but this place is charging too much.
