ordered via ubereats from this place and don't understand the low score. The food are actually tasty. The price is really good for the side dishes considering the portion you will be getting. So try some their chicken gizzards/hearts!

I was dropping by Cravings supermarket and wanted a quick snack! Big Bad Chicken is in the food court area of the supermarket, which is sectioned off in its own area. I got the popcorn chicken here and really enjoyed the flavors and crunchiness of the popcorn chicken! Would highly recommend coming here!

The food is ready, it's on the front counter, don't notify me, whether it's by phone text or verbally, I feel like waiting too long to go over there and ask before I realize it's ready, you're not going to notify me let me leave a phone number for nothing. wait to get the food is cold!

I personally think this place deserves more stars! The flavors are better than other taiwanese snacks that i've tried in the area. Oyster mushrooms, fried tempura, and popcorn chicken are my top choices.

I want to eat Taiwanese food, but it’s not Taiwanese enough and I’m a little disappointed☹️

Took 25 minutes for fried pork chop, string beans, and gizzard. Comes out all mixed together unless you ask them not to. No flavor in any of the food, just spice. You order through a kiosk but the pictures of the food look entirely different from what you actually get. The girl is working by herself, and is clearly understaffed. She was super sweet and explained how their system works, but the owner should do something to fix the issues...

Has been few times, it’s taste good in beginning but getting worse after every visiting, food quality-drop time by time. I hope owner can see it.

Originally, I had no expectations at all. I just wanted to taste Taiwanese food. I was surprised. It tastes better than many salt-fried chicken restaurants in Taiwan. Both the chicken steak and chicken nuggets are delicious. Taiwanese or those who like Taiwanese food can try it.

Easy to order via kiosk. Received my food in a timely manner. Reasonably priced. Order popcorn chicken and fried mushrooms. Nice and crispy, good amount of spice. Unfortunately, the worker forgot to salt the food. If it was seasoned with salt, than it would be 5 stars.

Been craving the Taiwan big fried chicken awhile. I would say this spot doesnt really have the Taiwan fried chickenpepper taste. But the fried chicken is juicy and big, so its not bad.

This spot is part of the Cravings food court, one of my favorite grocery stores in the area. However, the restaurant itself is quite underwhelming. The whole food court felt very empty, half the stores were closed, even lunch hours was not vibing. Big Bad Chicken seems to work with Just Boba, as they have the same kiosk. They have meal sets for about $20, which includes a drink with a bento. Without a drink will be about $13. Ordering was weird, the kiosks at Big Bad Chicken and Just Boba were the same, but boba and sandwiches were picked up at JB while bentos are at BBC, their kitchens are not even next to each other. Given that there wasn't anyone else waiting, the service at lunch is achingly slow. Order is ready but they don't call your number. You had to shout for attention because somehow they're busy in the kitchen with ghost orders. I've tried the standard minced pork rice bowl and ordered a pork chop sandwich to try. The bowl was decently sized, taste just okay, the side veggies were just frozen corn and stuff. The sandwich I order wasn't available, they didnt block it off the menu and told me WAY after the fact. I had the choices of whatever was premade at the counter, had some egg with pork floss one instead. Totally not worthwhile.I love Taiwanese food and this wasn't giving me a "yes, I'll come back every time" feeling. Given that Chino Hills is accessible to many other TW food spots, it's definitely not a spot I'd go back to. This food court restaurant is far beyond ready for customers. Somehow this place has a lot of good reviews months ago, hard to believe that this place has fallen off this much this soon.

Located in the Cravings food court at the chino spectrum. Had the braised beef with rice bento box. Too salty. Really salty. Also, they automatically charge 18 percent tips even though there's literally no service at all because it's a food court. Not Kool. First and last time for me! Operated by a bunch of kids. The 5 star ratings must be from friends and families.

So much fried goodness !!!!My go to is popcorn chicken, calimari, and mushrooms. I haven't tried the tofu or yams. The wings are too crispy for my taste. Each portions is $6. You get a lot for $25. Enough for several meals. It's all the way in the back of the food vendors, behind MADBUN.
