I've been coming to this coffee shop for years, and it has always been one of my favorite places. I've recommended it to many friends because I've genuinely enjoyed the atmosphere, the employees, and the community here. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. For several years, I have felt targeted and harassed by the manager, Olivia. There have been multiple occasions where she has told me to eat outside or work outside for no clear reason. At one point, even one of her employees repeated the same message to me, which made the situation feel even more personal. This ongoing behavior has felt bullying and unprofessional. Tonight was the final incident. Just four minutes before closing, she approached me with an aggressive attitude and threats told me to leave. When I calmly asked why she was speaking to me that way, she denied any wrongdoing and acted as if she didn't understand the situation. This has been happening for a long time. I love this shop, but it has been going downhill because of poor management and immature behavior from certain staff members and starts drama with other customers with unwelcoming behavior. I have also met other customers who have experienced similar issues being treated with attitude, accused of things without cause, or asked to leave for reasons that seemed personal rather than justified. I'm giving one star because of the treatment l and others have received. It's disappointing to see someone in a management position misuse her authority, behave unprofessionally, and create unnecessary drama. A manager should set the example, treat people with respect, and maintain a welcoming environment for everyone.

Writing this review for dark roast coffee purists. First off, I wanted to love this place’s coffee because the staff, atmosphere, and clientele are all amazing. 10 out of 10 for sure. The thing is that I’m a bit coffee picky and I don’t like sweet coffee drinks. Just an Americano or Latte for me. So I ordered an Americano and it was made very promptly despite the steady flow of customers. I asked for room, and they left room and had the half and half ready to go. Amazing service! Now for the coffee. To me it’s on the “fruity” side as in the bean isn’t roasted as long and still leans fruity. I am 100% a dark roast person, so this just isn’t my thing. That being said, if you are getting one of their specialty lattes or maybe even an iced coffee for a hot day, I think it would be great. Definitely worth checking out. This is clearly one of those gem coffee shops, so please check it out and see if it is your cup of tea.

This is my current favorite coffee café in Chino/Chino Hills. The White Mocha Latte is my favorite coffee drink, and their service is excellent. I don't have to wait forever to get my order. The atmosphere is very inviting and warm. This place makes it easy to spend time with a friend for the afternoon. There's a lot of seating available with comfy chairs, plus tables & chairs if I want to do some work. The Wi-Fi works good, and people here are friendly. I love this place!

Bottom Line Up Front: Canabru is a café offering both standard java, twists on familiar drinks, and unique lattes of their own creation. Plus, they offer food and plenty of space to hangout.
The Drink: I got the Basic Spaniard, which is coffee with caramel, condensed milk, and cocoa. I wanted a latte that was robust and sweet but not too sweet. This drink delivered.
The Price: Like most coffee shops these days, Canabru is charging slightly higher prices for lattes and specialty drinks than your average cafes. Not ideal for people counting their pennies, but I suppose it’s to be expected in this post-pandemic economy.
The Service: My server was fast, polite, and knowledgeable. In fact, he recommended the Basic Spaniard, an excellent suggestion based on a handful of questions.
The Setting: This café is located in a strip mall in the same parking lot as a Home Depot, but it’s tucked behind the other locations; you can’t see it from the lot. But once you walk in, you’ll find a cool little hangout spot with a casual vibe and plenty of seats to study or hang out.
The Conclusion: I didn’t get a chance to try their food or hang out. But I was pleased with my drink enough that I will return, given the chance, and try other offerings.

I came here a few times to meet with my film titles designer since this is the city that works best for her. The café is delicious!! Costumer service is excellent… The facility is extremely welcoming and clean.
I ordered two drinks. I ordered a 16 oz HOT Americano. The batista made an iced Americano. When I brought the mistake to her attention, she acted extremely annoyed and remade my drink. However, she gave me a 12 oz. This is getting ridiculous. Made the experience extremely negative.
I would NOT recommend this coffee shop.

Friendly. Nice vibe . Coffee is just okay for the price. I paid 14.00 for a small lavender latte and to go matcha packet. Charged .25 for water - no biggie but was excepting taste of latte to be a little more worth the price , I’ll come back again to try something different!
