I think this is the best burrito I've ever had. I really like the California burrito. The portion is huge, so if you're a girl, you might not be able to finish it.

For a quick post-workout dinner, I stopped by Tacos el Juanito at 9pm. Predictably, I could make my order immediately at the counter. I got 5 tacos ($2.45 each cash / $2.55 each credit card).
The tacos came with the usual diced onion and cilantro garnish, with lime wedges and radish slices on the side. The cashier also asked if I wanted grilled onions and peppers (of course).
The tacos seemed generously topped with meat for their size. The tortilla shells seemed soft, fluffy, and warm.
The meats themselves seemed acceptable. The asada, while crispy, felt dry and lacked the desired smokiness. The other meats also seemed subdued in flavor. The green salsa also seemed too light on flavor.
Overall, the establishment seemed like a quotidian neighborhood taqueria. With the ubiquity of taqueries, however, it fails to stand out.

Wanted to try this place due to the good reviews, the food was definitely good but a bit pricey. 2 wet burritos and 2. Bottled sodas were $48. The bottled coke was $4.14!😵💫I asked if I could get cheese in one of the burritos and initially I was told no, I asked why. Then he said it was extra, I said ok that’s fine, I wasn’t dressed like I couldn’t afford cheese, lol…just seemed weird and a bit offensive.

My first but def not last visit. I had their breakfast burritos(chorizo) they are plentiful. They def don't skimp. Their chicken multitas and tacos are delicious. I cant wait tobtey the birria and menudo. Will make this our go-to every Saturday morning!
