Taco Tuesday for gringo style, crispy tacos get the shredded beef. Best deal in town!!!! You may be wondering what is gringo style? Meat, lettuce, tomatoes and chedder cheese and Salsa with no kick. Even Karen would love them

Exceptional service and so friendly. Actually, for California and what you can pay at most places these days the price was actually really good and not the normal experience prices you pay everywhere else.

We recently visited the Chino Cafe for a family brunch and were really looking forward to the experience. Unfortunately, while the food absolutely delivered, the service left a lot to be desired.

From the start, the staff seemed disorganized and inattentive. Despite arriving with excitement and high expectations, we were barely checked on throughout the meal. Our food took an unusually long time to arrive — and to make matters worse, other tables who were seated after us received their meals well before we did.

As someone who’s currently pregnant, I requested alternative seating since booths are uncomfortable for me, but the staff was unwilling to accommodate in the beginning. That lack of flexibility and consideration was disappointing and frankly surprising for a brunch spot that otherwise seemed family-friendly.

That said, the food was fantastic — beautifully prepared, flavorful, and definitely the highlight of the visit. It’s just a shame that the quality of the service didn’t match the kitchen’s performance.

I’d love to return for the food alone, but only if the service improves. A place with this much potential really deserves front-of-house staff that match the excellence coming out of the kitchen.

Food was not what I was expecting after reading all the reviews before coming here. I wish I took pictures of the food just to show what we got. My husband ordered the red chilaquiles, the chile sauce it’s tossed in was not cooked before tossing it with the chips because it had such a bitter taste like the chiles were raw. The tortilla chips were burnt it was mixed together with the sauce and eggs and it ended up being a chilaquile scrambled mess. The chile verde I ordered had a spice but no actual flavor the beans and rice were not even savory. My kids complained that the pancakes tasted weird. The coffee was super watered down as well. Gave the service a 2 because they weren’t rude, but the place was also pretty empty and they checked on us once.

A cozy down home dining establishment with homestyle food and friendly service. Reminiscent of a small town cafe. Taco Tuesday is amazing, Prime rib is tasty! Prices are good, not expensive or over priced! Portions are decent. Food quality is just like home. This joint shames the local chain restaurants! Give it a try, we did and we were quite pleased with the food. It's a great place to have a nice quiet meal.

Ordered in the drive-thru. Taco salad, single taco and single enchilada. Get to the window. She says a taco salad, a taco and a quesadilla. I say No, a enchilada, she says oh okay. I get home and find a taco, taco salad, and a quesadilla. Really we talked about it 3 times, and she still didn't get it correct. I never once said quesadilla. I was craving an enchilada. This visit left me very sad. Taco was good, husband said his taco salad was good, the quesadilla was eh... kinda tough, dry. Maybe made earlier and they just wanted to get rid of it.

Very good spot, love local joints. Food was delicious and price was very reasonable!!!

The food was very good. The charging .35 per egg was not. I ordered two eggs scrambled and I only got one egg. I've made eggs enough to know that was only one egg. That's not right to do to your customers.

Cozy restaurant, friendly environment, and the food is always delicious. Plus, the patio is dog-friendly. Would recommend this place anytime.

I would like to bring your attention the surcharge on my eggs, which is against California state law. As a restaurant owner, it’s vital to familiarize yourself with the law before posting signs to charge customers. I’m expecting a refund for this illegal charge.

The staff was friendly, and the food was just okay. the restaurant was very dusty. It looks like they don't pay attention to details when it comes to cleanliness. I saw spiderwebs by the windows as well.
