So about 2 months ago I went back after not going for a year and a half because the pizzas always didn't have enough ingredients, was undercooked, too much sauce, old bread etc. Finally the owner was there when I returned a pizza (1 and a half years ago) and he gave me a $75 credit. So for about a year and a half I had that credit. Well I used the credit on 2 different days 2 months ago and got chewed out by one of the managers for having a credit so big. He yelled at me over the phone bad enough to where I walked into the location to get the name of who yelled at me, talked to the other manager and hand been requesting to speak with the owner Mr. Vargas to follow up and let him know what went on. But no returned phone calls. I was calling 3 times a week. The manager said I was a fraud for having such a large credit, was a thief, and never allowed to go back there. Remind you I was given the $75 credit about a year and a half ago by the owner Mr. Vargas himself. 42 year resident of chino hills and ashamed of what occurred at this location in chino hills horrible customer service, poor management and just disgusted. Got yelled at and banned for using a $75 credit that the owner gave me a year and a half ago in front of a over crowded pizza restaurant. No returned phone call or concern.

1st time visiting and will definitely return to try their pizza. Loved the atmosphere and the cleanliness. The food was delivered fast and was tasty and delicious. Great place to watch various sports. Customer service was great as well.Yes, you'll spend more money on food and entertainment (arcade) here, but it's worth it.Parking: The parking lot is shared with other businesses, so during the day, it may be limited as the other places are open.Kid-friendliness: Has a small arcade for kids to play various games. Great for children of all ages.

Sorry, but I was not happy with the pizza today. The pizza was slightly burnt and the cheese didn't taste like real mozzarella cheese. It tasted like I was eating a store bought pizza. However, the service was good. I wish I could post a picture of what we received.

Half review, pizza and beer still great here. However, salads have unfortunately gotten smaller, less toppings, and more expensive.Have to adjust your expectations if you're looking forward to what used to be great value and portions.

I love the taste of this pizza, I used to go to Baldwin park pizza co years ago and when I moved close to this location I wanted to try, I really enjoy the fresh taste and in general don’t give me the bad burp taste like hut or domino, kids favorite pizza btw !!!
