Where do i start off at. Service is horrible. Management is horrible. No accountability at this store. Had a free entree on the app. Order my food. Go to pay and they said it's used. It's clearly on the app and a free meal. They get a manager all he says is can't fix it call corporate. You are the manager and can't help me??? I got to Chipotle at least 2 times a week but this store in chino is a joke.

first off there was only one person working the line. going very slow they didnt have many protein options and if you wanted something they didnt have you had to wait. overall the customer service was good. the station was very dirty and this isnt the first time i went to this location and it was dirty. for some reason the food at this location isnt as good as the others the steak was raw. i had a side of guacamole and it was spicy. the rice was water down. they need to work on the food quality and cleanness of their business

Food is good, however there was a missing item in my order. Phone system does not allow you to speak with a representative, I was offered a free guacamole with my next purchase within one week for a missing item i paid for (there should be no restriction of use to get an item I paid for and didn't receive) now the agent chat closes when I try to speak with a representative and I can't call anyone at the store.
BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
Had to go back into the store after I saw how little extra lettuce extra lettuce meant. Store made it right but it shouldn't be that hard to make things right.

I have been to other Chipotle restaurants in the area. They're foods were better, fresher tasting, and they give you your money's worth. This one skimps on portions every time and their counter help is never friendly. I have given them 3 chances. I'll take my money elsewhere

This place was dirty. The staff was not very nice. My beef burrito had lots of fat. Portion size of meat was horrible. My family and I will no longer come to this location.

Who is Carmen Calloway? Does she even exist? There are no checks and balances at this Chipotle. She should be embarrassed to have her business cards at this location.
If this is a franchise Chipotle should reconsider the agreement with this owner. The (No Pride) employees hide in the back while customers are waiting which is very unprofessional. I felt as if the person helping me on 6/22/24 at 3:16p was being hazed by her coworkers. They allowed her to work the food line, make online orders and attend to a grill filled with chicken which was clearly burning. I witnessed 3 employees come from the back for one reason or another and ignore customers. Mustache man is the ring-leader of this bad behavior…. Not sure if he’s a lead or some type of manager, but there needs to be an investigation on his leadership skills. Talk to your staff one on one, Ms. Calloway.
Not to mention my food was cold. I’m sure no one’s checking the temperature of the food. Find employees who cares.
